My thought is that he wouldn’t be bumping up to HWT if the coaches and/or Borst didn’t feel it was in his long term best interests. Also it shouldn’t really matter if Miller is ready for beginning of the season with the way that NCAA qualification works. 197 and HWT are in very similar situations considering that we have a grad transfer with NCAA experience and one year of eligibility at each spot.
