Its fair to say that UVAs decline doesnt necessarily help us. (Other than a sure w every year), since Bama, PSU, and others arw getting the in state kids UVA uses to get. A dominant UVA football program doesnt "help" us. We've won 4 ACC titles, played in several more, and played in 5 Big 4 bowl games since UVA went on the Post-Welsh skids.
