K-State and Kansas. There was time when both were two of three worst programs in D1 football. Iowa State ...there was a time Iowa State was mediocre.

Not deriding UVA does not help anyone either. :)

If UVA improves, are people prepared for losses? No. They are no. It is one thing to say that we could use UVA or Miami to be better, to have a real rivalry. But we love our 10-win seasons.... If those programs were better, we would become frustrated. Penn State, OSU and MIchigan like being good but they don't like losing out on the playoffs or other things because they get losses from each other.
