Agree with Hokie1110 on Waypoint Grill, and if you have time...

...and don't mind spending a bit (not necessarily seafood), give Fat Canary and / or Le Yaca a try. You typically need reservations at Fat Canary, but if you get there early enough you may find a spot at the bar; and I would just do the same at Le Yaca. I'd group Fat Canary/Waypoint/Le Yaca as some of the best restaurants in Williamsburg. Another good casual option is DOG St. Pub; again not necessarily seafood, but good food/beer and it's run by one of the best Chef/Owners in town.
