Guest talked about total cash bid by Comcast vs Disney stock bid. They're waiting on AT&T Viacom court case. Guest expects it to be resolved in 2 months. Guest was surprised Disney went after Fox rather than a Facebook, Twitter type acquisition to meet changing broadcasting landscape.
