Happy for you but I can't wait to get out ...

Has been a GREAT place for a career and to raise kids. Schools are great, lots to do but when I retire I want a slower pace of life, lower cost of living, and less traffic. And frankly the 'friendliness' factor of NoVa has declined greatly over the years. Too many garage door neighbors. Garage door goes up and down twice a day and that is all you see of them. No thanks.
