The other thing that is missing is that


not only does Thomas not know how to help girls hit better, his teaching actually males them worse. Good hitters come in, and go out as bad hitters. I have personal experience with this from a camp that my daughter attended. It is the worst scenario - a guy who thinks he knows what he is doing but actually has no clue. You see it in the overall lack of fundamental play from his defences as well. Girls don't backup like they should, and are out of position for cutoff throws. This happens year after year.
