I wonder what the percentage cost for that is?


I agree that there's plenty of focus on attracting and recruiting. But I'm betting that the cost for that is still small compared to the cost of the scholarships themselves. But it would be huge in terms of attracting the target students, instead of just waiting for them to apply and reviewing applications as they come in.
