moving was just coincidental, it had nothing to do with the pipeline

we had 26 acres and the pipeline is crossing a narrow part of the plot nowhere near the house, where there are already big power lines...my biggest concern was keeping my driveway open and getting it restored to original condition...I was not completely happy with the language they offered about that, so I asked for more money than they originally offered. I felt like I got a good deal, but as quickly/easily as they agreed to it, I imagine I could've gotten more.
