Hmmm, that's tricky


So, before the new rules, a recruit or potential recruit could call a coach and talk about anything but that's pretty much a recruiting conversation since you wouldn't be having the conversation otherwise. So those calls are done - at least until the start of the player's junior year.

Tournaments aren't going to change much because they couldn't talk with players anyway. Though I know several coaches in the state did do that.

Camps are where it'll get interesting. The players and coaches obviously have to talk but it has to be restricted to what they are learning at the camp. This will be the biggest issue in my opinion as there is no way to police this.
