DMF wrestled great in probably the best 12 deep weight class. LOL that weight wasn't too bad at top either ! Great shot to AA next two years at either 165 or 174. Hugely improved and much more physically mature from when he was getting thrown around in the ACC as a true frosh . If he keeps improving and can stay at 165 , certainly a puncher's chance at a final. Hunter Bolen had a super encouraging true frosh year and put forth a great effort. Obviously a redshirt will help him greatly as his body will mature. He actually looked better and more consistent to me than DMF's frosh year ( except NCAA tourny obviously ) . ZZ also wrestled super well and everyone ( and himself ! ) super excited to see him get on the podium. He looks enormous up close. 197 next year ? What else can you say about Mr Haught ? Pure class and hard work. Super nice person. Hands down has been my favorite. I've heard from top wrestlers 2nd is worse to take than 3rd. The good news is , someone told me he's staying in area working after graduation and will be helping in room. Maybe make a deal and get him a Masters ? Either way an honor to watch and best of luck. Andrew Dunn seemed to slow down a little at end of season. Injury ? Either way a lot of upside as he's shown a lot of wrestling skill. And 3 more years to improve. With the majority of team returning and some really exciting additions , excited for next year.
