BTW Penn State had a single benefactor donate over $10M to the RTC

to build their new athletic training facilities. In order to compete with Penn States, Oklahoma State, Iowa, we need a few big donors.

Interestingly, Ohio State rtc isn't that well funded. Their success is largely having Snyder and a few other international guys that are successful.

Recruiting is still #1 importance for VT success, but I think our coaching staff is the strongest it's ever been to attract talent and develop. It's going to take some patience.

Unfortunately, like football, we may not be able to compete with the big boys on funding. Look at our football donors. We have one of the largest alumni base, but donations per alumni is one of the lowest.
