Why do Basketball coaches wear suits and ties?


Other than Hockey it is only sport where it seems to be standard dress code for coaches and even student managers. Apparently, Billy Donavan's contract at UF requires him to wear suit and tie for games. I wonder if we have such a clause in Buzz's contract?
