decided to alternate Penn State's "Rivalry Week" game between UMD and Rutgers with Sparty getting stuck with PSU's "leftover" team? So in the Big Ten's mind, PSU is finishing the season with 3 rivalry games; Land Grant Trophy Game vs. Sparty, UMD, and Rutgers.

FWIW Michigan's final 4 games in 2020 are UMD (Nov 7), @Rutgers (Nov 14), Indiana (Nov 21), and @Ohio State (Nov 28). The only difference I see is that Penn State and Michigan State don't play each other during Rivalry Week.
