that don't want to attend college but want a shot at pro ball, and the NCAA for players who want to play college ball (some of whom also want a shot at pro ball). College football goes back to its roots of true student athletes, coach pay will drop precipitously, the big money will leave the sport and it will look more like the other college sports.

Such a dual system will stop the exploitation of players who have the talent to play pro ball and currently have no choice but to play three years for free. And it will allow the true student athletes to compete on the field without all the distortion of the big money. Win win.
