I don't see that happening. There are 3-5 college games a year in Orlando


and if there was a desire for a smaller venue, UCF's stadium might be sufficient. I just don't see a business case for it, and Disney doesn't typically throw money away. Orlando also has a nice new 25,000 seat soccer stadium...
