Yes, moving the games in Norfolk to a different stadium within Norfolk (a bigger one in a more convenient location) will help to solve some logistical woes.

As far as this game being an upgrade? That literally doesn't make any sense. We're basically replacing ECU with ODU. How is that an upgrade?

Sure, playing some games in Norfolk is beneficial for the program. But I'm just saying playing there that often doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially given that one of the assumptions when the game was scheduled was that ODU would be playing in a newer, nicer, and BIGGER stadium. The last one isn't going to happpen.

As far as the fans let's not forget the game doesn't happen without them. Yes, we should be looking for what benefits the program as a whole. The stability is a plus but other than that I fail to see what else this does. Moving the game to Dick Price (a substantially larger stadium in a more convenient location) if it were to be possible (I'm sure it isn't) would do nothing to make things less stable.

So yeah, I'm not sure why the hostility.
