Who with? I mean, what charter service, or private?

I bareboat and have been intrigued by going there also. Figured between Puerto Rico and StThomas, it would hard to find a base.

Always enjoyed seeing Vieques out the window as the plane descended into Charlotte Amalie. At least, I think it was Culebra. Hear good things about Culebra. St John 20 years ago sounds nice. 40 years ago even better. Anguilla also got ran over.
