If ND wins the rest and finishes 11-1, they will likely be in.

If Tech wins the rest and finishes 12-1, they will also likely be in. If UGa beats 'bama for the SEC title, UGa is in, and 'bama is likely out. That leaves one spot left, which will go to either the B10 champ or the B12 champ. My guess is that the B12 will eliminate themselves, and that PSU will take the last slot for the B10.
All pure speculation, of course...
