The future certainly looks bright at this position. We have 3 true freshman (Sean Savoy, Hezekiah Grimsley, Kalil Pimpleton) who have shown enough to play this year. They should only continue to improve. We have 3 players in the program who can't play for various reasons. Damon Hazelton was a starter as a true freshman at Bowling Green and had 51 catches. He is sitting out as a transfer. Caleb Farley, the star of the spring game, is out with an injury as is Phil Patterson. Our 2 highest rated recruits for next year (Tre Turner and Darryle Simmons are both WRs). Our next highest rated recruit (Armani Chatman) will either be a WR or DB. All of the above players will have at least 3 years of eligibility left as will an unproven Sam Denmark. Throw in Eric Kumah with 2 years left and Henri Murphy and CJ Carroll with one year left and we are looking solid despite losing Cam. BTW, 6 of these guys are 6'-2" or taller (Turner, Simmons, Farley, Patterson, Hazelton and Kumah). Notice that only one of these 6 is currently playing. It looks like we will be getting the size at WR that we currently lack.
