My guess is not very much, only because....
....my impression is that with football, apparel companies aren't as aggressive because they aren't as tied to individual athletes so much as they are tied to teams. Kids seem to get really excited about wearing the same shoe as a basketball player; but nobody seems to care what cleats a football player wears, because 1) you can't wear cleats to school/the mall/whenever to show off to your friends, and 2) a lot of players tape their ankles over their cleats so you can't even see them anyway. So even beyond college into the professional ranks, it seems like apparel sales are much more lucrative in basketball than football.
Furthermore, it seems like the dirty recruiting in football generally involves money payments from boosters/program insiders, not from outside sources like apparel companies. For that reason, I don't see the FBI finding much to bust anyone on related to football. They may dig up some practices that are blatantly against NCAA regulations and are totally unethical, but otherwise probably not illegal.
But, that's just my two cents. I may be totally surprised by what unfolds.
