Not sure the NCAA was left out as depending where the investigation goes, as well as other regulatory involvement, the NCAA might find themselves in some very uncomfortable and precarious positions along with the individuals and institutions already identified. The old adage that the only difference between the NCAA and the mafia is a 501(c)3 designation may actually be put to the test before all is said and done.
