I'm pretty high on our gameday coaching w/ Brent Venables and Tony Elliott. Motivation-wise, it's been years since Clemson laid an egg in a big game.
DL vs. DL I'm sure we have the advantage, but more relevant to me is VT DL vs. CU OL. Our OL is adequate but not great, and giving Bryant time is imperative. Is VT's DL good enough to advantage? It's a positive for me having read on this board that they've been unproductive thus far, especially against that schedule. But I can easily envision a scenario in which our offense is stifled by VT, depending on that DL-OL matchup.
I'm just not sure yet that our offense is very good--their only plus performance was vs. Louisville and they might suck on D. [Post edited by billyhixx at 09/26/2017 11:32AM]
