Truhoky...I've been to Lane 10+ times
2006 through 2012. Blue and gold each time, never had a single issue, other than some friendly jabs while tailgating. It's called being civil and treating people with respect. If you don't go looking for trouble, chances are you won't find it. The best occurrence I've had though was in the stadium in 2011 at the BC game. The Hokie rewind was of the lightening delay game in Morgantown, the guy in front of me without turning around leans back and says "lightening hell, I bet those dumb hillbillies were slinging liquor bottles at folks." I leaned down and said "I bet we hit everyone we aimed at." He turned around and said "my god, I would say that to the one WVU fan here." We both had a good laugh about it and chatted the rest of the game.
Other good occurrence was at the 2012 ACC title game, we had already punched our Orange Bowl ticket. Again, blue and gold. In the security line, a Clemson fan held up his hand for a high five and said "Alright, WVU, I know you are on our side," I said "actually, I want a piece of the Hokies, if you guys win I hope we beat you by 70." We got close.
