DIRECTV and WatchESPN?

If you are a DIRECTV sub, be sure to check channels 788-798 on Gameday. Last Saturday like a chump I was watching ESPN3 on my DSL 5.0MB pipe and the quality was awful. At half time I did a manual search of the regional sports channels and discovered the game was on channel 788. I switched over and regained my ability to record and time shift the game using my DIRECTV HDDVR. Picture quality was 1080i. Another trick you can employ is wait until 90 minutes after the game and then stream ESPN3. The quality is better than live. If you watch time delayed it goes without saying you need to avoid sports forums and news until you see the finish .
