(especially for a guy brand new to the position). This was not the consensus when he was 3rd string QB. Stats, though limited, kinda support this theory. I haven't seen many of his catches, but one was a big first down conversion on third and short, leading to a TD a couple plays later. He was moved for a reason, namely, coaches thought he had a better chance to contribute/succeed at TE.
That's not "poo-pooing," its likely where he will have a legit shot at the NFL.
