And probably more like 7-10 years. So it's still likely worthwhile to get the seats for that time and maybe we can use them even after renovations.

That said, I still think a new arena is needed instead. But even if that's the case, we're talking 7-10 years minimum. But I do remember that nugget being floated (by Gabbard maybe?) a few months ago.
