Cato institute has all the data and math analysis on their site, but it's
way too complicated to care about. there are something like 80 categories that are all given kinda subjective values and then overall scores.
the take home point is that there are a lot of "free" countries in the world, and all of them (USA included) have things that they do better, and things that they aren't as good in. all those countries are doing pretty well and they all have room to improve freedoms.
