And because of that, those who've really stood out become great (A Bradshaw, Bimbo, Moss, West, J Williams come to mind), but the number of others who could be solid college contributors end up going to many of the small schools in the state, who often are highly competitive D2 or NAIA level see some W Liberty & Fairmont St sports
Can be similar to SW VA sometimes too...Terrell Basham from Franklin Co was overlooked, went to Ohio U and gets drafted earlier than any Hokies.
Should tell you Mitchell out of Big Stone Gap could have very high ceiling as nobody has really been recruited out of there since a couple boys named Jones who both toted the rock in the league [Post edited by hokiepro at 06/01/2017 3:37PM]
