The guy can probably coach some Xs and Os. But he seems to be horrible at recruiting. I would have never hired him as a head coach. I honestly think they've given up on bigtime football. They're content with getting 2 and 3 star players who fit their academic profile and then hoping Bronco can coach them up enough to get 7 or 8 wins. They're pretty much going for another Welch.

Not a bad thing for them, but their going after top recruits and really trying to win titles is over.
