Yes, what happened at that frat was terrible. It wasn't manslaughter. It is serious overcharging.

I also think that, in this litigious day and at PSU in particular, the Greek system is in serious danger. The liability of the entire culture could easily kill it.

These kids (and their families) are going to get the crap sued out of them, but I don't think criminal law enters into it at this level.
