It could be a well informed decision. He may know exactly what he is. If someone told me he was told he would be a 1st rounder, and that was the basis of his decision, sure that would be misinformed (unless he went in the 1st)

And anybody who says staying a year will do anything is purely speculating. They don't know. We don't have magic 8 balls that say what will happen.

And does anybody know for a fact that an Evans, who doesn't perform to what he did this year (which is not unrealistic) has a better shot at getting on a team than Evans does today?
