San Diego is a beautiful city and I like it a lot. But it's honestly kind of boring. Once you're past the weather, the beach, and the zoo, all of which are available in other forms on the east coast, it's a giant suburbia.

Vegas has more juice. Even as great as it would be to go to a game here in town and to rub all the Aztec fans' faces in a VT win, Vegas is a more enjoyable trip. At least for me. Your circumstances may not be the same.
