So he worked the contract in his favor. If he can turn this job into a desirable one long term, then VT spent the money very wisely. I don't think there are many that could have gotten VT to the tourney this quickly and I can't think of anyone that has worked harder for his paycheck. Seems like a good deal for both sides so far
