Beta thinks a 16-seed will eventually beat a 1-seed......but he doubts it will ever be the 16-seed from the Play-in game?

Implying that there is a meaningful difference between the Play-in 16s, and the other 16s.

All the talk that Wisconsin is under-seeded @ 8-seed -- but we're going to assume all the 16-seeds are perfectly seeded????????
