To the best of my knowledge we have not advanced to a conf tourney file since 1983 vs Louisville in the Metro Final. Is that correct?

It also seems like in the past we almost never overachieve by beating a seed well above us or beating 2 or more teams with higher seeds. I feel like that can all change with Buzz here.

It's crazy to think that ALL 8 teams left are locks for the NCAA tourney. Wondering if that's ever happened before. Does it change the dynamic of the tournament at all? Nobody HAS to win but of course they're all excellent teams that compete. Either way it's exciting as hell.
