Back in my day (yeah, I'm an old fart) we used to camp out in front of Cassel for tickets for the big games. I remember to this day spending a really cold February night to get tickets for UVa game. That was year Bristow and Stevens won NIT when it really meant something but the atmosphere in Cassel was great. I even did a road trip to Wake as a lowly freshman. Student population then maybe 15K and today it is double. Know there is a lot more "distractions" today but come on, what better entertainment on a Tuesday in February can there be in Blacksburg than watching quality ACC basketball??
