I would hope VT would jump at a B1G invitation....

Right now, we are in a conference with another 9-10 research-oriented Universities, and few in the class of Michigan, OSU, Minnesota, etc. VT wants to be a preeminent research U and the B1G would help that.

If VT were unaffiliated today and was given a choice between the ACC and the B1G, I'd have to question the sanity of a president that chose the ACC. Our mission statement would almost demand B1G.
