By the time he would have been ready to play half of the ACC season would have been done.

Or we can have a full year with him this year. The big problem right now is that we have zero big man presence this year. Losing Blackshear was a disaster for this team. The good news is that Sy is getting more experience and perhaps we'll have two quality big men next year.
