I understand it is legally a charity


But the mindset of someone who donates funds for the good of humanity or other real charitable organization and someone who is donating money to VT athletics is completely different. At the end of the day VT athletics mission is not to make the world a better place. It is to advance VT's standing. A very selfish goal.
