They hired some good recruiters.


Mike London (who has since left for Howard) and Chris Beatty have good contacts in Eastern Virginia. Not sure about the other guys they hired, because I haven't researched them, but those who follow recruiting say that D.J. Durkin hired a good recruiting staff.
