and IF Shane did not tell anyone else, then it is only fair for him to pay the fine.

So, the deal seems likely that U Ga will transfer the 25K to VT, who then sends the money on to Wake Forest.

Now, if it turns out that any other person (coach or player) at VT adjusted their game planning or preparation or execution as a direct or indirect result of Shane Beamer's involvement with WakeyLeaks, this would get very, very ugly.
