At least one person employed by VT acted in tandem with a disgruntled WFU


employee to harm the interests of WFU and help the interests of VT.

There is no indication that VT has concluded a thorough investigation of the event to know the full extent of the ethics violation by VT employee(s).

You are actually suggesting that WFU should be fined?
