Sure they do. it happens in almost every game.


Natural bias influences calls. Refs think so and so plays dirty or so and so team is a huge underdog and can't possibly compete so calls start piling up and influencing the game. It's human nature. Maybe not "rigged" in the common definition but still rigged.
