GT requires a focus on fundamentals, a good thing for VT right now.

the Duke game was a fundamental clusterpoop. Didn't tackle well, didn't block well, etc. Against GT, the week of prep is all about fundamentals, which is a good thing for us at this point.

Secondly, look back at what Bud has done against PJ. Even when they have beat us (twice?), we have still held their offense below or way below their averages. It's a painful process, but Bud does well against PJ. It's usually our offense only giving us a slight advantage that has been the problem.

Finally, we've played well at home all year and this should be our best crowd.

I don't see GT holding VT under our 35 point scoring average, especially at home.

I don't see GT getting to their 27 point scoring average against Bud.

VT 38, GT 21.
