our team is slowly 'running out of gas' so to speak. Tech started the year seemingly so dominant, the UT game notwithstanding, but most recently hung on to beat a Pitt team that got clocked by Miami yesterday and had to hang on to beat an undermanned Duke team yesterday played mostly in front of our own fans. Not a criticism at all of our coaches or players as they have been great but I fear that playing 3 games in 12 days recently (unbelievable scheduling by the ACC) may have taken an awful lot out of our players; and, they don't have a week off to recharge the batteries.
By the way, was any other ACC team scheduled to play 3 games in 12 days this year? Just curious.
