John Wooden...says very little...always calm on the sidelines, but beneath is a fire for proper execution. Does not 'live and die' by the wins or losses, but is more focused on improvement and execution and support. Not that he is at the Wooden level(I would say no coach is today...maybe Saban is close...maybe...)
