How many boys would be willing to go through all of the life trauma they would have to experience just so that they could compete on a girls team? I'm thinking almost no one would ever do this. You would only subject yourself to that if you were really transgender. So while I get your point and do agree that it's a possibility, it seems very, very unlikely to happen very often.
