Based on the reports of a bad week of practice and sideline reports that the team went flat after UT scored it's first TD - this team needs a LOT more mental toughness and focus. Add the penalties, esp the unsportmanlike conduct ones as more evidence.

We need STRONG leadership to not accept this and to make sure the guys know what time it is!
