It looks like lot 20 / commuter lot is for the handicapped?
It seems like I would be much better suited to attempt to purchase a parking pass in lots 1-5. The person attending with me is not confined to a wheelchair, or in need of another type of physical assistance. Therefore, many might not even know that he has been issued a legal handicap tag due to legit medical conditions. Frankly, it won't be obvious. However, I still don't want this person to have to walk from the commuter lot.
